Can I purchase a YETI Gift Card?

YETI Gift Cards are not available for purchase at this time.

YETI Gift Cards are only available as replacement options for customers who have returned their recalled Hopper M20, Hopper M30 (1.0 and 2.0), and SideKick Dry Gear Case as part of our Voluntary Product Safety Recall.

I lost my YETI gift card; can I have another reissued?

For assistance with your missing YETI gift card, please contact our Customer Service team.

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be refunded.

 

Is my gift card reloadable?

No.

 

Can I give my gift card to a friend, if so, how?

Your YETI gift card can be used by anyone who has access to the gift card number and pin number. Please only share these numbers with someone who is authorized to use the gift card.

 

How can I use my gift card at checkout?

After you have entered your shipping address, select “Redeem Gift Card.” Please enter your gift card number and gift card pin, then click “Add gift card.” If there is remaining balance, you will have the option to add a credit card or an additional gift card.

 

Can I stack gift cards?

Yes, you can use up to 3 gift cards per order.

 

Are there any restrictions on what I can purchase with my gift card or YETI gift card?

No.

 

Will the YETI gift card expire?

No, YETI gift cards do not expire. Please treat this like cash.

 

How do I return a product I bought with my gift card or YETI gift card?

You may return any non-customized YETI products within 30 days of purchase. Please visit our self-service return portal to obtain a prepaid return shipping label.

 

I returned an order that I paid for with my gift card/YETI gift card AND my credit card, how will I be refunded?

Your funds will be returned to a new YETI gift card, which will be sent to you via email. If you paid for part of your order with a credit card, a portion of the refund will go to your credit card.

Can I use my gift card at an authorized dealer, retail locations, or amazon?
